Consular Information Important: Starting from August 11, 2007 it is banned to bring to Belarus all kind of meat or meat products (also in hand luggage) for travelers (both foreign and Belarusian citizens). The ban is put in force by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus, in view of worsening situation with spread of deceases among farming animals in the world.
